Challenge
The Houston division of this National home builder needed a way to quickly and efficiently communicate with realtors. Snail
mail was regularly lost or delayed so new sale properties or incentives were frequently missed. |

Solution
The Web Department developed a dynamic, database-driven content management system that enabled Centex Homes to compose weekly
newsletters and blast them out to realtors, via email. The format was graphically enticing and helped realtors easily find
the information they are looking for. The content management system provides for auto subscribe/unsubscribe, maintenance
of the subscriber list, an archive of the contents of the newsletters.
Result
The success of the Houston program prompted Centex Homes to consider a nationwide rollout.
