Challenge
This full-service visa and passport processing company was spending hours faxing the newest forms and instruction sheets to
its clients. Internally, it was a struggle to make sure that service staff used the most current forms. |

Solution
The Web Department created a secure, database-driven, content managed Website that enabled staff to easily manage visa and
passport related PDF forms, key travel instructions, travel alerts. Customers are assigned passwords to access the repository
and download the necessary forms.
Result
The Website has proven to be so efficient that it nearly eliminated paper files and personnel dedicated to sending faxes all
day are now reassigned to other key company tasks.
