The Web Department created a secure, content managed Website that enabled staff to easily add, edit and delete visa and
passport related forms, update key travel instructions, manage travel alerts and other various information on the Website. Customers are provide secure Website access to the repository
of downloadable forms.
Result
The Website has proven to be so efficient that it nearly eliminated paper files and personnel dedicated to sending faxes all
day are now reassigned to other key company tasks.
